- Louisa is the main contact for local supporter group members, liaises with community organisations (schools, churches, rotary clubs, pubs & clubs etc) to obtain support for St Raphael’s and provides help and advice for supporters who are organising an external fundraising event in aid of the hospice.
- Louisa is currently on Maternity Leave. While away her role is being covered by Geoff Hill (see below)

- Teresa Irvine is our IT and Database Administrator. She manages our mailing and fundraising database.
- Pauline Ridgley and Maggie Cook
- (Pauline: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Maggie: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays), deal with receipt of donations, banking and thanking.

- The management of our 9 charity shops, retail warehouse and van driver. The shops also organise our annual Christmas Fair, held in early November.
