Director of Fundraising for St Raphael’s Hospice, Keith Witham, says “Thank you to all the individuals and organisations who support the Hospice by organising and taking part in fundraising activities. We have to raise over £2.5 million every year from charitable fundraising, donations and legacies, and we could not do this without the help from a huge number of people, some of whom are featured here. We are grateful to you all.

MIDNIGHT MEMORIES WALK 2008

Our first 'Midnight Walk' in 2007 was a great success. More than 200 walkers participated, raising over £35,000.

The 2008 Walk will be on Saturday 20th September. It is approx a 5 mile walk around the area of the hospice in North Cheam, starting at 11pm. We are aiming to raise £50,000 this year.

How to Support

Make a Difference to St Raphael's Hospice

Sally Steele and familyTribute Fund

Family and friends climb the “Three Peaks”. Sally Steele lost her husband, Keith, to Cancer in August 2005 when Keith died at St Raphael’s Hospice. In the same year, close family friend Hillie Ashby also lost her husband to cancer; he was cared for by St Peter’s and St James Hospice in Sussex. Between them they raised over £12,000 which supported the two hospices plus Cancer Research.

Sunflower Appeal 2008 - Can you help?

Sunflower

Each year, the hospice has a series of cash collections at local venues, supermarkets, DIY stores etc which raises vital funds, called the SUNFLOWER Appeal.  In return for donations, we offer a small clip on sunflower.

We need your help with the 2008 Sunflower Appeal!

FlowersGifts in lieu of celebratory occasions

Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings... Now this is truly selfless, but for those who already have everything they might want or need, you may wish to consider asking for donations to the Hospice to be made in Lieu of presents. You may wish to insert the following phrase into the invitations for your special anniversary party...

'In lieu of gifts we would appreciate contributions to St Raphael's Hospice.'
