As Clinical Director you must be a visionary and hands on leader who possesses excellent management and mentoring skills, has the gravitas to influence and the creativity to innovate alongside a demonstrable track record of leading health or social care provision in the statutory, private or charitable sector.  You must be an outstanding communicator who finds solutions through collaboration, winning support by modelling an attitude of service and by keeping exceptional standards.  You will build relationships across the Hospice and our sector and you will be able to bring about change whilst building a positive sense of teamwork and engagement.

  • Educated, at least, to Master's degree or equivalent
  • Possessing a practice qualification in health or social care
  • Having a management/leadership qualification
  • Living within commutable distance of Cheam, South London
