How do I get referred to St Raphael's?

We are the local hospice for the boroughs of Merton and Sutton. We accept referrals for people with any progressive, life limiting illnesses where curative treatment is no longer possible.

Your GP, Hospital Consultant, District Nurse or Specialist Nurse can refer you to our service if you live locally and are registered with a GP within Sutton or Merton.
