St Raphael's (SRH) has been working across Merton and Sutton for 32 years.  The Hospice has been through a great deal of change in the last few years and is now entering a new phase.  We are currently part of a large charity, the Congregation of the Daughters of the Cross of Liege, but are working towards becoming an independent, stand-alone charity, in the next few months.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Lead Nurse with responsibility for Clinical Governance.  As a member of the clinical management team, the successful applicant will play a key role in supporting and delivering the integration agenda defined within the Hospice's Clinical Action Plan (CAP).  You will also lead on clinical governance across the Hospice working collaboratively with the Quality and Governance Manager.

This role is offered at an 8b equivalent, 27 days annual leave and 8 days for bank holidays, training and development opportunities, discount in all of our shops and our Orangery Café, Employee Assistance Programme, continuation of NHS Pension scheme for selected clinical roles, free eye test and Staff Pilates classes.
