Wellbeing Sessions and Services

Please do not attend if you have any symptoms of COVID-19. Thank you.

There are morning and afternoon group activities on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our Wellbeing Centre. Whether you want to be active, social or to simply relax you are sure to find something that suits you. Activities are also open to family members and carers, and those who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness but are not under our care.

Please see further details of our wellbeing sessions below or contact us on 020 8099 1722 with any queries. The lines are open from Tuesday to Thursday 9:00-17:00. Answerphone available at other times.
