What is the cancellation/refund policy? All registration fees are non-refundable or transferable. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if necessary. It is possible that due to the ever changing circumstances in relation to Covid-19, the event may have to be cancelled at short notice should additional sanctions and restrictions be introduced. Poor weather could cause the route to become unsafe, which could also prevent the event going ahead. Under these circumstances regrettably no refunds can be given as the costs to the charity will have been incurred. However, this year you will still be able to take part virtually and you can run the route of your choice on a day of your choice. You will have up until January 1st to complete the distance. If the organisers are forced to cancel the event prior on the day due to extreme weather, participants will be notified by email before 8am and a post will be released on our social media.
