Advanced Communication Skills Training 2024

Recognising the importance and value of effective communication in care, the course offers participants an opportunity to practice, develop and enhance their communication skills through:

• Pre-course workbook

• 2 consecutive interactive study days

• Group work

• Rehearsals with actors

Through role play, reflection and feedback participants will be able to explore challenging communication situations taken from their own practice experiences.

*Please be advised that it is essential that participants attend both days.

This course is suitable for senior health care professionals – band 6 (or equivalent) and above.
