The Wellbeing Centre exists to support people in their last year of life and their loved ones, living in the boroughs of Merton and Sutton. The centre focuses on helping people to live life to their fullest, through offering advice, support and education on common symptoms and challenges faced, as well as providing social and therapeutic activities. The service is free at the point of contact and is offered to people who do not require the support of St Raphael's Hospice clinical teams. No previous clinical experience is required. The purpose of the role is to plan and manage the day-to-day content production for the Hospice website and social media channels, liaising closely with the Communications Lead and the Fundraising Team and connecting with all our staff and volunteers.
