  • Competitive Salaries: Our Salaries are reviewed annually and benchmarked against similar organisations. Although we are not an NHS entity we offer salaries equivalent to the Agenda For Change pay scales for clinical roles.
  • Annual Leave: We offer FTE 24 days per year for non-clinical roles and 28 days a year for clinical, with an additional allocation of 6 days for bank holidays.
  • Pension: We operate an employee pension scheme and offer continuation of NHS Pension scheme for selected clinical roles.
  • Sick Pay: This is a dynamic allowance based upon length of service with qualification initiating after 6 months.
  • Free Eye Test: Available annually for Permanent staff.
  • Staff Pilates Classes: Held weekly and free for all staff or volunteers.
