  • Competitive Salaries: Our Salaries are aligned to the NHS Agenda For Change Framework (AfC) and we pay Outer London Waiting (OLW).
  • Annual Leave: We offer FTE 24 days per year for non-clinical roles and 27 days a year for clinical, with an additional allocation of 8 days for bank holidays.
  • Pension: We operate an employee pension scheme and offer continuation of NHS Pension scheme for selected clinical roles.
  • Sick Pay: This is a dynamic allowance based upon length of service with qualification initiating after 6 months.
