Children are allowed on the Saturday however due the walking distance and the safety of the event we would recommend only children over 10

* Children will be the sole responsibility of their adults as there will be no staff or marshals at property locations.

Suggested minimum sponsorship per team is £350. Any additional funds raised before/at the event will be converted into Property Dash money, giving you an edge in the game!
