Do I have to pay?

You do not have to pay. There are no charges for any of our services in the Wellbeing Centre but voluntary donations are always gratefully accepted. A donation of £3 is kindly suggested for lunches.

Do I have to attend every week to the Living Well Programme?

No, you do not have to attend every week. This is a rolling programme allowing for flexibility and can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

What day will the sessions be on?

The Living Well Programme sessions will be held on Wednesday mornings. These sessions do not include lunch but light refreshments will be available. For the Tuesday and Thursday social sessions, a light lunch is available and a donation of £3 is kindly suggested. Please see our website for further details: Wellbeing Centre Services and Sessions.

How long are the sessions?

How do I get to the Wellbeing Centre?

We are in St Bede’s Conference Centre which is next to St Raphael’s Hospice and in the same grounds as St Anthony’s Hospital. Our postcode is SM3 9DX. If you drive, we have ample onsite parking right outside the Wellbeing Centre.

The 93, 293 and S3 buses stop right outside the Hospice. If you have difficulties in getting here by car or public transport, the following links may be useful. Alternatively, please contact a member of the Wellbeing Centre team for any further advice.
