What we do Wellbeing services Wellbeing Centre St Raphael's Living Well Programme If you are an adult living with a life-limiting, progressive or chronic illness in Merton and Sutton, come and join our new Living Well programme. It is an 8 week self-management course offering practical advice and information to support your wellbeing and an opportunity for social interaction and peer support. Topics Your Diagnosis/Our Support Pain Management/Nausea Control (Q&A with a clinician) Sleep Well and Fatigue Management* Anxiety, Breathlessness and Relaxation* Nutrition & Diet – altered appetite/taste changes Your Wishes, Your Way (Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Preferred Place of Care) Benefits, Financial and Practical Support Pamper Session* *These sessions include optional physical participation. Drop-in Launch on Wednesday, May 19th, 10am to 4pm Drop in and meet our Wellbeing Team and Guest Partners anytime between 10am to 4pm to find out more about the course. There will be stalls for you to visit, as well as refreshments provided. The event is going to be run in line with the current Covid guidance to ensure staff and visitor safety. Please note, that it is not a clinical service and you will continue to receive the clinical support you need from your GP or Medical Team.
