Wellbeing Centre

Our Wellbeing Centre is a warm, friendly and welcoming environment which offers social, practical and therapeutic support to anyone, over the age of 18, living with a life-limiting, progressive or chronic illness. We are here to educate, empower and enable you to live life to the full and as independently as possible.

Opening hours

The centre is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 

Morning sessions are run from 10pm - 12:30pm afternoon sessions are run from 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Our Living Well Programme runs every Wednesday from 10pm - 12pm

Please note: we are closed for lunch between 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Sessions

Our centre is like a little sanctuary and there is something for everyone from music to relaxation and a delightful chat over a cup of tea. We even offer Complementary Therapy - have a look at the full list of wellbeing sessions and services and ring us to book a place.

For some people getting to the Wellbeing Centre may be difficult. If this is the case, please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to advise you.

For any enquiries please call the Wellbeing Centre team on 020 8099 1722. The lines are open from Tuesday to Thursday 9:00-17:00. Answerphone available at other times. Alternatively, you can email the team via: [email protected].

If your enquiry is urgent, please ring the main hospice number on 020 8099 7777.
