Recognising the importance and value of effective communication in care, the course offers participants an opportunity to practice, develop and enhance their communication skills through:
- Pre-course workbook
- 2 consecutive interactive study days
- Group work
- Rehearsals with actors
Through role play, reflection and feedback participants will be able to explore challenging communication situations taken from their own practice experiences.

This course is suitable for senior health care professionals – band 6 (or equivalent) and above.
