Some families choose to support St Raphael’s by inviting donations in lieu of flowers at a funeral or memorial service. We’re always touched by this kindness and generosity, especially at such a personal and meaningful time of remembrance.
If this is something you are considering, we can provide specially designed collection envelopes, along with a small number of St Raphael’s pin badges as keepsakes for family members. The envelopes include information about our hospice and a QR code, making it easy for those attending to donate securely online.
We are also happy to help with suggested wording for an order of service, or to answer any questions you may have about holding a collection in memory of your loved one.
