If you have a couple of hours to spare each week we would love to welcome you into our retail volunteering team. It’s an opportunity to get involved in the community, make new friends and have fun!
With a wide range of roles available, including van drivers, window-dressing, sorting and displaying items and serving customers, there is a role for everyone.

Admin Volunteer
To help our various departments with administration for us to deliver exceptional palliative and end of life care to our patients and those important to them.
Charity Shop Volunteer
The aim of this role is to provide support to shop managers and fellow volunteers to give the best possible service to our customers for the success of our shops.
Co-Pilot
To assist the van driver with the collection and delivery of donations to and from the Donation Centre, shops and the Hospice.
Donation Centre Volunteer
Supporting the Donation Centre Manager to ensure efficient use of donations. This could include sorting and categorising donations, labelling, pricing and steaming goods, accepting donations from the public and general housekeeping or cleaning duties.

Online Volunteer
Work closely with our retail team to support the delivery of sales and profit margins within the online trading department for St Raphael’s Hospice.
Van Driver
You will be driving our St Raphael’s Hospice van and delivering stock between shops and the warehouse, picking up bulk donations from supporters and delivering large items to customers.
