Say ‘yes’ to Gift Aid and we can increase the value of your donations.

Using Gift Aid means that for every £1 you give, St Raphael’s can claim, at no additional cost to you, an extra 25p from Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, helping your donation go further. This additional income really does make a big difference, so please don’t forget to Gift Aid donations if you are a UK tax payer.

I confirm that I am a UK Taxpayer and this is my own personal donation. I would like St Raphael’s to reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have given for the past four years and all donations I make in the future as Gift Aid donations until I notify you otherwise. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all of my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay the difference to HMRC.
