Hold a collection at your place of worship to support people living with life-limiting conditions. Get in touch with our fundraising team (details below) to get donation envelopes or collection boxes. Don’t forget to remind your congregation about Gift Aid.
Community day
Hold a community day or fete, with craft stalls, baked goods, a tombola and more. You could ask for a donation from stall holders to be there too.
Candle dedication
For a donation, light a candle and dedicate it to a loved one. You could include a message, name, or you could leave them blank. This could be a part of your normal service, or a bigger fundraising event.
Community Iftar
Hold a community Iftar during Ramadan either at home, a community venue like a hall or park, or at your place of worship.
With people gathering to break their fast, Iftar is a great place to raise funds. Promote your fundraising on a notice board at your mosque, hall, supermarket, or workplace and ask attendees for donations. Get in touch with our fundraising team below to get donation envelopes, collection boxes, or information leaflets.
Coffee Morning
Host a Coffee Morning before or after your meeting and ask members to bring in baked goods.
Carol concert
Organise a carol concert at your local church or school. You can either sell tickets or have a suggested donation during the collection.
