Group or club fundraising

See how your Rotary club, Sports team, Women’s Institute, Masonic lodge or Scout and Girl guiding group can support our work.

Charity of the year

Membership groups sometimes select a charity to work with all year. Selecting a charity to work with for the year is a great way to engage your members and make a real difference in your local community. With the support of your local St Raphael’s Hospice Fundraiser you could aim to fund a nurse for a day, a week or even a month. It allows us to build a great relationship and raise much needed funds

Hold a collection

Organise a collection at a supermarket, shopping centre, or high street. Remember to get permission from the landowners if it’s private property, or a permit from the council if it’s on public land. Also make sure you have some ID on you. Contact our fundraising team who will ensure you have everything you need and ensure your collection is safe and legal

Gala dinner

Organise a gala dinner and invite your group members, friends and family to spend an evening together for St Raphael’s Hospice. You could include a raffle, auction, or fundraising games like heads and tails. Decorate your tables with a purple theme, and make sure you order donation envelopes from our fundraising team.

Team up for St Raphael’s Hospice

Host a community tournament for bowls, football or any other activity that takes your fancy. Charge teams for taking part in a match or tournament, and hold a raffle at the event, or even host a dinner afterwards.
