If you feel that gambling is no longer something you can do safely or comfortably, we’re here to help.
St Raphael’s Hospice offers a self-exclusion option for supporters who would like to take a break from our lottery and raffles. Self-exclusion allows you to stop participating for a period if you feel gambling is becoming difficult to manage.
Playing the lottery should always be enjoyable and within your control. If you feel it’s the right step for you, you can request to exclude yourself from the St Raphael’s Hospice Lottery and/or raffles at any time.
To request self-exclusion, please complete the form below or call us on 0208 254 2450.
Ending a self-exclusion
If you wish to lift your self-exclusion, please call our Lottery Officer on 0208 254 2450.
Important
Please do not use this form to cancel your lottery subscription.
If you would simply like to stop playing the Hospice Lottery, please call 0208 254 2450 and our team will be happy to help.
