Finalists in the 2026 Blackbaud Impact Awards

St Raphael’s Hospice and colleague James MacGraw named finalists in the 2026 Blackbaud Impact Awards

We’re excited to share that St Raphael’s has been named a finalist in the 2026 Blackbaud Impact Awards, alongside our colleague James MacGraw, Data Assistant, who has been recognised as a finalist in the Rising Star Award category.

St Raphael’s is a finalist for the Changemaker Award, recognising organisations that are using innovation and technology to overcome challenges, improve the way they work and make a positive difference for the communities they support.

James has been named a finalist for the Rising Star Award, celebrating individuals who show outstanding potential, dedication and commitment within their field.

“Being named finalists in both the Changemaker Award and Rising Star categories is a fantastic achievement for our organisation. It reflects the passion, expertise and commitment of our team, and the impact that innovation can have on the way we support our community. By improving our systems, we’ve saved around 60 hours every week and recovered £120,000 in Gift Aid that can go straight back into supporting our community. Having James recognised as a Rising Star finalist also highlights the incredible talent and dedication we have within our team,” said Richard Carmen, Data Manager at St Raphael’s Hospice.

The Blackbaud Impact Awards recognise organisations and individuals across the non-profit, healthcare, education, foundation and corporate social responsibility sectors who are using innovation and technology to create positive change.

We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and wish all finalists the very best of luck as we celebrate the incredible work being recognised through this year’s awards.

Winners of the 2026 Blackbaud Impact Awards will be announced on 18 August 2026.
