St Raphael’s Hospice is proud to launch our new two-year strategy, outlining our vision and priorities for the years ahead. As an independent charity, we remain committed to providing free, specialist palliative and end-of-life care to adults and those important to them.
With an ageing population and rising demand for hospice services, our strategy responds to the growing and complex needs of our community. By 2030, one in five people in the UK will be aged 65 or over, many living with multiple and complex health conditions. Our plan sets out how we will continue to deliver expert, compassionate care while adapting to a changing health and social care landscape.
The strategy focuses on keeping our services accessible, resilient and sustainable, while exploring new ways of working and funding to support our mission.
