Light Up A Life Ceremony 2024 SAVE THE DATE The 2024 ceremonies will be held on the weekend of 30 November - 1 December We invite you to remember, reflect and celebrate the lives of your loved ones at our special Light up a Life services, hosted over two days on the Hospice grounds.
