We are a 13-bedded Hospice, serving the communities of Merton and Sutton by supporting those with life-limiting conditions to live their lives as fully as possible. Around 80% of our patients are cared for and supported in their homes by our Community Team. In addition to our inpatient care, we also provide Psychological and Wellbeing support to the community.

Caring for people at the end of their lives, and supporting their families, can be challenging but also rewarding. Working at St Raphael’s means being part of a small, friendly and forward-thinking team; we work collaboratively and every voice is important. We are ambitious; committed to developing and supporting our staff, whilst providing an excellent standard of care to our patients and those important to them.

If you are someone who wants to help make that difference, and be a part of such a fulfilling and vital service, then this role may be just for you!
