The end of your life is as important as the life you’ve lived.

As a local charity, we care for 1 in 4 people in Merton and Sutton living with a life-limiting illness and their families.

Over 1,000 patients and those close to them benefit from our exceptional free Hospice care which costs us over £6.5 million to provide every year. The NHS only gives £1.7m.

We offer home-based and inpatient care, wellbeing services and bereavement support.

We are proud to be at the heart of the community, whenever and wherever people need us.
